In honor of the 15th Anniversary of the founding of the Honorable Society of Romeos it is hereby proclaimed that the venerable members of the Society will assemble at 8:00 am each Tuesday, as has been established by long term practice, in the Kingdom of AWaffles Plus@, located in the Hamlet of North Monroe, Borough of Spokane, Realm of Washington, United States of America.

The purpose of this gathering is to partake of the ubiquitous comestibles provided by the establishment and to ponder, discuss and solve the momentous and deep seated problems of the world as offered and presented by the distinguished members of the society. It is further proclaimed that for the purpose of consideration and discussion there will be no separation of sacred theology and political venues and that all topics within the bounds of propriety and good taste will be considered and discussed with no guarantee of conclusion, solution or completion.

To this purpose we solemnly swear our sacred oath and pledge the contents of loose change in our trouser pockets and pray that our individual repasts will be served on either one plate or two at the discretion of her Ladyship, our Serene Server,
