Welcome to the R.O.M.E.O. webpage of the Home view Gang. We are nothing more than a bunch of old friends that grew up in a neighborhood and we shared our adolescence then as we do our retirement now. Our group meets every first Wednesday of the month and we lie to each other, remember the past, eat lunch and just have a good time. It is especially beneficial to me as I co-ordinate the structure of the meetings and have to remind a few of the date we meet. If you live in the Louisville, KY area you are invited! We don’t care, we like to here the stories of your life and loves. Share some pictures of our “Home view Gang”, named for the area we grew up in. This group was started as a friendly get together of 3. Advanced to include the people we grew up with. Today we boast 15 members and are diligently trying to contact and invite other childhood neighbors where ever they may live. As of now we have had friends travel from Tennessee, Virginia, Southern (central) Kentucky and from the hither lands, Florida. All of our luncheon buddies are special in that they all contribute to the memories of our childhood and their life as they lived it. We have a ladies day at some meetings, and repeat as necessary. It is always a great turn out, the ladies got the opportunity to witness what old men talk about when they get together. We all have exchanged our personnel cards.
