New Hamburg, Ontario Chapter

We are located in Stonecroft Adult Community in New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada. My wife, Joan, suggested we call ourselves the ROMEOS based upon a book reference she read. That started the Central ROMEO Branch whereby we allocated call names from the Greek alphabet to all our members. That is, call names from Alpha to Omega. Presently we have 14 members who meet every 2 weeks to whine and dine at various establishments in and around our community. We always meet for lunch at a pub, if possible, and gossip about the members who were no-shows. Not realizing the actual organization involved in the ROMEOS until now, we have helped in establishing 2 other chapters, namely, ROMEO SOUTH, which presides in the FORT MYERS area of Florida for all our 'Snow Birds' under the guidance of Alex and Ross and ROMEO NORTH in Meaford Ontario, where the Chapter loves the Canadian winter, under the guidance of our Northern Alpha John, and Beta Gary.
